I was made of aware of Designtec by one of their clients. I had an issue with my web site, and whilst the web site was still live the home page was corrupted reporting a fatal error. I sent Neil an out of hours contact on a Sunday, Monday morning he was on the phone, within two hours I was back “live” with a no pressure recovery plan for next steps and a full system health check.
