I first met Neil at the Basics for Business course with Broadland District Council and felt at ease to have a conversation about technical things I didn't quite understand! Having looked at Designtec's portfolio I felt they could produce the right theme and feel for the website that I was looking for. Designtec have been excellent at keeping in touch through phone and email as I have little time for meetings. All the tweaks to the website to make it how I want have been done in a professional manner. Most importantly to me, Designtec use a program that I can access to edit information as and when I need too but I have the support from Designtec when I need it.
