Excellent customer service

Neil and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have provided me with excellent customer service. It is my aim to boost the performance and ranking of my website, which has had little use over the last couple of years. All members of the team have been very patient guiding me through the website administration process, very clearly and step by step when needed, allowing me to manage the contents on my site regularly. Designtec Ltd are always at the end of the phone to assist when things don't go to plan and Neil has taken the time to meet with a new member of the TGA Architecture team to bring them up to speed on the website and it management. Response time for all queries is very quick, which I have found most useful, especially when trying to keep all content current and up to date. Neil has assured me I can get my website on the first page of google and I look forward to working with Neil further and gaining a good web presence.
