We have used Designtec for our web design and hosting for several years now. Our website gains fantastic feedback from viewers and is a key source of new customers for our business. Not only this, but we continue to drive our online service and operations with Designtec. We worked with them to develop an estimator tool to be able to generate instant quotations for customers. This has proved to be a huge success for us. Over the last 12 months, Designtec have developed a new customer area that we share with customers when a visit is booked to communicate key information, and an online submission form when we are looking to recruit.
