Impeccable Service

Dear Neil, I wanted to write you this brief letter to thank you for the impeccable service you provided me with recently in August 2021. As the owner of a Baby & Preschool swimming business I am often asked questions from confused parents and guardians regarding what they need to dress their little one in for their swimming lessons. In addition to this, we unfortunately also occasionally have to turn customers away from their lesson if their little one is dressed in attire which does not adhere to our policies. Being a small business in their first year of trading this contributes to a great deal of admin and poor customer service and so I was keen to come up with a solution which resolved this. I therefore approached Designtec for some videography work. Oscar was assigned to us as our videographer and he made the entire process extremely seamless and stress free. He held an initial meeting with me to discuss my needs and then provided lots of suggestions and feedback on how and where the video could be shot. As the day itself approached he remained in contact with me and was great to bounce ideas off. This made the entire run up to the shoot stress free. On the day itself Oscar set up everything in our chosen location and was incredibly knowledgeable about how best to shoot it, where to position myself, how to best display the products etc. He was also incredibly patient during the video (it was not the most natural thing for me to do) even with my two year old toddler being filmed and a few forgotten lines from myself. The draft video was edited and sent to me incredibly quickly and Oscar responded promptly to any changes I needed, even some which seemed a bit more difficult to do. Overall we are incredibly happy with the finished product and our national HQ will also be using the video to support customers nationwide.
