Fantastic From Start To Finish

From my first phone call to Designtec I was made to feel a valued customer and was reassured that after my website was built, support would be on-going, if needed. I was advised that the website would be easy to use and I would be able to edit with ease. I can confirm all the above is true. Being new to websites I have certainly tested the support which has been quick and efficient regardless of whom I spoken to. A special mention needs to go out James. On my first meeting with Neil, I was unclear what my site needed to look like, so he listened to what I wanted to achieve, then showed me a variety of layouts, advising how to get the website to deliver the message I wanted. They were patient whilst I wrote my text and edited several times!! They connected all my media platforms to my website and even created my business Facebook page, my logo’s banners, they are now currently working on my 1st landing page. If you are looking for a friendly, yet highly skilled team then I would certainly recommend Designtec, nothing is too much trouble and the service is excellent
