We are a local amateur dramatics group based in Loddon in South Norfolk. We were founded in 1975. We put on one pantomime each year and also in most years, a summer production. In the run up to the pandemic, we had a very loyal audience, many of whom had been coming for years. The pandemic hit us very hard. We were unable to put on any productions, cancelling two years of pantomimes. In addition the person running our box office over many years retired. Our overheads remained the same and at the of the pandemic we had very little money left. The investment we were considering making was mission critical to the survival of our group. Speaking with Neil and his team it was clear that they would be able to design a website that allowed us to reach an new audience as well as connect with our existing audience. It gave us mobile responsiveness and enabled us to use the best theatre ticketing module available. It was vibrant, professional looking, easily accessible. It ticked all our boxes. The new website was launched in 2023 in the run up to our pantomime. In just one week our 5 performances were completely sold out! This gave us the confidence to add 3 extra performances for 2024. The tickets for our 2024 production Treasure Island went on general sale on 17th November. They sold out in 10 days! This has been transformative for our group and we are absolutely delighted with the work that Neil and his team have done to make this a resounding and abiding success!
