The format and quality of our logo meant it was not fit for purpose. I sent the logo to them on Monday and they were able to re-draw the orginal logo as a vector graphic (I have no idea what that is) and have it back to me this morning in a variety of different formats (.ai, .eps, jpg, png) ready to be used for any purpose! Polite, professional, exceptional service and excellent value for money!
