The CMS system pioneered by Designtec is the best I have seen to date. It’s extremely easy to use and is very search engine friendly. Neil was recommended to me by the ARP and given his knowledge of the industry built up through having worked with other Relocation Consultants as well as the ARP and EuRA, he was an obvious choice of website designer. Having looked at the Bongo CMS, I couldn’t believe how straightforward it seemed to be and my practical experience of creating new pages for the site has proved that Bongo really is as user-friendly as it looks. When I first contacted Neil, I hadn’t finalised a logo, but he worked with me to come up with a really suitable logo and then went on to create the design for the website based on this. Both the logo creation and the website design took longer than I thought it would because I was quite fussy about what I wanted, but Neil was patience personified. Past experience of loading photos onto a website using another CMS had been a nightmare and I was dreading this part but couldn’t get over how easy it was to do with Bongo. Furthermore, Neil’s advice about Search Engine Optimisation was invaluable and although it is really necessary to keep on adding fresh content to stay high up on the listings, I have nevertheless been very pleased with the advice given. In terms of value for money, Neil’s service was excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending Designtec.
It’s really hard to have credibility in business today without a website but it’s a nightmare choosing a designer. I was so relieved when I met Neil and I knew almost immediately that he was the person I wanted to work with. Although 24/7 backup is available by phone and e-mail Neil was more than happy to sit and talk things through to ensure there was a coming together of minds of what I wanted to achieve. The self management part worried me to begin with but it really is so easy, I don’t feel daunted at all and am looking forward to being able to regularly update my information.
