They are a great business to work with.

I've had two previous websites that had so many underlying issues that I'm surprised anyone ever found my business on the Internet. I rang Designtec in despair mid afternoon on a Friday and Neil called me back within the hour and booked me in to have a face to face appointment the following Monday morning. He spent over 3hrs going through every that I wanted on my website. 1 month later they delivered a new website and it's more than I could have wished for. Oscar did all the video and photography work and James compiled all the programming components, these guys are great to work with and don't make you feel stupid if you don't understand IT like me. They are a great business to work with. They are honest. Quick to respond to any emails. They listen to what you want. Great value for money. They produce the goods I can not recommend Designtec highly enough.

Our website gains fantastic feedback

We have used Designtec for our web design and hosting for several years now. Our website gains fantastic feedback from viewers and is a key source of new customers for our business. Not only this, but we continue to drive our online service and operations with Designtec. We worked with them to develop an estimator tool to be able to generate instant quotations for customers. This has proved to be a huge success for us. Over the last 12 months, Designtec have developed a new customer area that we share with customers when a visit is booked to communicate key information, and an online submission form when we are looking to recruit. Their services do not cost the earth, while being high quality and enabling return on investment as a small business. We've always been well looked after by Neil, Will and James.
