From the start they were really easy to deal with. They listened carefully to my brief and really understood what I was looking for. They got to work promptly and as a result, produced really high quality marketing flyers. They guaranteed that I needn't pay anything until I was completely happy with what they had produced and there were no unexpected charges. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the service and product I have received.

Excellent service.

Very impressed with both the end product that has been produced and at how easy it was to achieve. Unlike previous companies I have used to create websites Designtec were very easy to deal with and always at the other end of the phone when required. Many thanks guys!

Fabulous Service and communication

We were advised to use Design Tech when we were thinking about making a website and we can see why they came so highly recommended. They came out to see us and from that day were constantly in touch. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very patient and understanding. We are extremely happy with our website and the service they have provided. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Talented, efficient people who understand business needs.

Designtec produced a stunning website for us. They showed a keen understanding of the importance of working quickly and supportively so that the downtime for our website was minimised. They taught us how to edit our website so that we felt in control of it. They were always readily available when we needed them and we are really glad that we chose them.

If Carlsberg made websites....

Neil and his team are great, from the initial enquiry to the finished product. They are able to communicate in both technical and layman terms. I have had 3 or 4 websites built in the past, but this was seamless from beginning to end, it did not occur any downtime, they ensured that all my data was backed up and also set up all my email accounts - its like little elves working in the background - maybe Santa loans them out!! Seriously they may not be the cheapest but their product and service is excellent, did I mention they look after the SEO too -its no good having the best website in the world, if no one can find it.
