I have always been fully satisfied with our website and Designtec are always very quick to respond if we want to make any changes, or, have any problems. Problems are generally resolved within minutes or on the same day. Great overall service from the team.
We asked Designtec to do a complete re-design for our website after a recommendation. The process from the beginning was excellent, with very good communication. I had lots of images and text that they went through to make the site a good experience for the user, and the layout and overall design works very well and looks professional. As soon as the site went live we were receiving enquiries and have been converting customers regularly, which I know is from the professional and easy to use website.
