Neil and his team are great, from the initial enquiry to the finished product. They are able to communicate in both technical and layman terms. I have had 3 or 4 websites built in the past, but this was seamless from beginning to end, it did not occur any downtime, they ensured that all my data was backed up and also set up all my email accounts - its like little elves working in the background - maybe Santa loans them out!!
