If Carlsberg made websites....

Neil and his team are great, from the initial enquiry to the finished product. They are able to communicate in both technical and layman terms. I have had 3 or 4 websites built in the past, but this was seamless from beginning to end, it did not occur any downtime, they ensured that all my data was backed up and also set up all my email accounts - its like little elves working in the background - maybe Santa loans them out!! Seriously they may not be the cheapest but their product and service is excellent, did I mention they look after the SEO too -its no good having the best website in the world, if no one can find it. The Designtec team has provided me with a website that is "fit for purpose"

I was referred to Designtec and they took a good brief and gave guidance when I was unsure of some elements of the site. They are smart, fast acting and accurate. They operate like a partner rather than a supplier who takes a brief, does the initial work and later disappears when you most need them. They have answered the difficult questions and don't make me feel silly when I ask an easy question! They have been knowledgeable and intelligent in the way they have dealt with us as a business.

Neil, James and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful. Their communication and professionalism throughout the process has been exemplary.
