They promised a speedy service and they delivered. They made amendments as requested an listened to our requirements. They then gave training as to how we may make updates ourselves. Good value compared to other companies that we have experienced.

We required a website for our building and maintenance business and Designtec were recommended to us by another customer. It is our first ''professional'' website and we hope it will be a means of potential customers to check our services on the web. Myself and my business partner are great believers in gut instinct, so when I went to my meeting at Designtec I knew I would have made my decision within the first 5 mins of the meeting as to whether we would be using them. I actually made my decision in the first 3 mins and as always my gut instinct proved to be right. I contacted them via email because the Designtec website really caught my eye. If you like their website chances are you're going to like what they can do for you. The staff were very welcoming and could answer every question I had, they could provide samples of everything I requested and most importantly everything was to a high standard. They understood what it was that we wanted and helped us every step of the way. The day I received the link to show us how the site looked I was amazed at how amazing it really was. It was so much better than I could have imagined. It needed a few tweaks but that was mostly because of my poor spelling and grammar. None the less all it took was for a quick email and the changes were made, with no fuss. I now know how to make the changes myself because they actually take the time to have you back in to the office to show you how to do it. Even now that it is all done, they still say "if you get stuck with anything just give us a call and we will talk you through it." What more can you ask for? We will definitely be using Designtec again in the future!
We decided to ask Designtec to create a website for us after we had had some problems with our previous site. From the start, Neil understood what we were looking to achieve and more importantly, what our customers wanted to see. Out of all the websites we have had, hand on heart it was by far the easiest transaction. Within a couple of weeks we had our first draft and because Neil had successfully captured our goals in the planning stages there was minimal tweaking before we could go live with it. We now have a site which looks good, is easier to navigate for our clients, we can create blogs easily and it is FULLY editable by us in terms of content. Neil and his team have also provided excellent after-care as we have needed to update a few things, but nothing has been too much trouble. Training on how to edit the site also comes as part of the amazing service. We could not recommend Neil and Designtec highly enough, thank you again.
Despite working in IT for 20+ years, I had never been through a design build cycle as a customer before. Designtec were brilliant. They helped my business partner and I understand what was needed to make the new site deliver our message and they designed a new logo that we really like. Furthermore Designtec have always been responsive to questions and design tweaks, perhaps doing a little bit too much within the 'fixed price' if truth be told. I cannot fault their customer service. Also worth knowing that their Content Management Solution is slick and easy to use.
