We had some recent website training from Neil, who came to sit with us in our office, as we have a new employee who also needs to be up to date with the website. Always excellent support, whether it be over the phone, email or in person! Would recommend to anyone looking for a website designer!
I had a website (not supplied by Designtec) which was not being found on any web browsers or if it did it was many pages from the first page. Neil came to me and told me he could get us on the first page of Google and suchlike. I must be honest, for the price Neil quoted for a newly designed website and hosting I did not think it was possible. So I agreed for Designtec to go ahead anyway as the old website was next to useless. Within a month of going live our new website started appearing on the first page of Google when potential customers were searching. I was amazed Neil was correct in everything he promised. Designtec are very professional and very quick to respond when contacted if I needed assistance. Our business has benefited hugely by using Designtec I highly recommend Neil and the team at Designtec.
Designtec were employed to help me create a new web site. They explained the way in which their approach differs from the norm and we made plans to create an attractive but effective site both from my customers perspective and from that needed to build a platform that we could keep working well for the long term. By breaking the range of tasks needed into bit sized chunks I was able to really understand what it is that makes an effective and successful site. In addition because their system can so easily be edited I am able to keep refining and developing the site without further cost. All round so far a great experience for which I have high hopes for the future.

We approached Designtec Ltd to redesign our website after hearing great things about their work and reading their excellent reviews. After an initial chat on the phone, Neil came over to visit us and very quickly grasped the idea of what we are trying to achieve, and also our target audience. We were quoted a 4 week lead time, however, the first draft was through much quicker than this, and with very minimal tweaking we were up, running and live. I have to say that this has been by far the most painless, smooth website redesign that we have ever experienced (and we've had a few). The site does exactly what we asked it to do, all the contact forms work and is also "future-proofed" so when we do decide to add more things on, we can. Not only that, we can do almost all of our own changes following the training given by Neil and his team, which was included in the price.
