I sent Neil an out of hours contact on a Sunday, Monday morning he was on the phone, within two hours I was back “live” with a no pressure recovery plan for next steps and a full system health check. I would like to commend you for the whole process from start to finish, which began with a brief being agreed, then design of a new logo, agreement on colours etc to ensure projected the right image for our industry sector, this carried on through into the website and a shiny new corporate brochure.
