Designtec is the first web design company I have used that seem to understand what you want. They have designed two totally unrelated websites for me now and both have blown me away. You know the second you see a site if you like it or not and both times they wowed me. I also used their copy creation service and it was spot on. Makes the process of getting the site up and running much quicker as I'm inherently lazy and would take forever if I had to providing the wording for every page myself.
