Stand-up and authentic

I was delighted to have contacted Designtec. We had the best part of a 40m conversation without them once deep diving into pricing and packages. Instead we talked about brand perception, suggestions and innovations to drive brand awareness, and the technical tweaks we can all do for ourselves to further our creative business. Many web designers and self-appointed social media experts turn information into a black art - a black art to be bought and paid for - but here it was given freely and with a deep interest as to what it was I'm trying to achieve. Would recommend without reservation as a stand-up and authentic company to deal with.

Fantastic From Start To Finish

From my first phone call to Designtec I was made to feel a valued customer and was reassured that after my website was built, support would be on-going, if needed. I was advised that the website would be easy to use and I would be able to edit with ease. I can confirm all the above is true. Being new to websites I have certainly tested the support which has been quick and efficient regardless of whom I spoken to. A special mention needs to go out James. On my first meeting with Neil, I was unclear what my site needed to look like, so he listened to what I wanted to achieve, then showed me a variety of layouts, advising how to get the website to deliver the message I wanted. They were patient whilst I wrote my text and edited several times!! They connected all my media platforms to my website and even created my business Facebook page, my logo’s banners, they are now currently working on my 1st landing page. If you are looking for a friendly, yet highly skilled team then I would certainly recommend Designtec, nothing is too much trouble and the service is excellent

GREAT SERVICE

From the initial meeting everything was explained in full, we have raised the web page at our own speed. Communication was key and the team always at the end of the phone to help. We are just awaiting for training which I am sure will also be to the same great standard we have come to expect. Highly Recommended!

Professional, modern, stylish and works well.

Having spent time toying with creating my own website I made the decision to go with Designtec, deciding I needed it done professionally. Designtec was a company that was recommended to me. I am pleased that I made this choice as there were lots of things I hadn’t thought of that the team at Designtec suggested. They were able to build a site based on a few vague concepts that I had – but they were able to use their expertise to build a site that was perfect and very visually appealing for my business. I particularly liked websites they had previously created and liked the fact they were modern, stylish and worked well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would most certainly recommend their services.

A really professional team, easy to work with to give truly amazing results

After spending much of my time trying to design my own website and failing miserably, I was recommended Neil and his team at Designtec. After my first call to make enquiries where Neil spent much of his time explaining the options and their services I made the decision to get the professionals to create my website and I have no regrets. Only giving them a limited brief and ideas, a draft website was created and far exceeded my expectations. Am very happy with the end result and even more happy that any future changes I can perform myself due to the easy use of the application. Using Designtec meant that I could focus on the setting up of my business and have ended up with a professional website

Deliver exactly what we needed

After much searching we finally found a web designer that understood our concept and needs and was able to deliver exactly what we needed in a swift and timely manner.
